Who We Are
DerekhTzar is a founder-led Messianic Jewish organization.
Our mission is to cultivate discipleship through Torah study, prayer, hospitality, guidance, and walking in Ha'Derech (“The Way”) in accordance with our Statement of Faith.
At this time, our chavurah, Beit Talmidim Ha'Derech, is not constituted as an independent congregation and does not presently maintain a formal eldership or membership structure.
Participation in our studies, website, or social communities does not automatically constitute formal discipleship, membership, or spiritual oversight.
Moreh Joshua is the founder and overseer of the ministries and affiliations associated with this website.
Those interested in formally fellowshipping with Beit Talmidim Ha'Derech or pursuing deeper discipleship are welcome to contact us through the form below.
About Derekh Tzar
DerekhTzar — Hebrew for “The Narrow Way” — is the central hub connecting all of our ministries and endeavors:
Ha’Derech Publishing – Producing books, resources, and study materials that uphold the truth of Scripture and equip disciples for a life of obedience to the Word of Elohim.
Beit Talmidim Ha’Derech – A Torah-faithful, Yeshua-centered community of disciples dedicated to study, prayer, fellowship, and mutual encouragement in walking out the Narrow Way.
Faith Forged Fitness – Promoting physical stewardship of the body through health, strength, and discipline as acts of worship to our Creator.
We are followers of Yeshua, the Son of Elohim — the promised Messiah who perfectly revealed the will of the Father and walked in complete obedience to Torah. Our conviction is that Yeshua and his Apostles taught a way of life that is both narrow and demanding, yet life-giving and eternal. The purpose of DerekhTzar is to illuminate the Narrow Way — the same path Yeshua and the Apostles proclaimed — and to call believers back to the purity, devotion, and obedience that marked the earliest followers of the Way (Ha’Derech). We believe that the Narrow Way is not a broad path of compromise but a covenant life of holiness, love, and faithfulness. It requires:
Turning from sin (teshuvah) and embracing the Kingdom of Elohim.
Walking in obedience to the Torah as Yeshua did.
Living with integrity, humility, and sacrificial love.
Enduring faithfully to the end in hope of the resurrection and the coming Kingdom.
Whether through the written word, discipleship and teaching, or physical discipline and health, every branch of DerekhTzar exists to strengthen the whole person — spirit, soul, and body — for the glory of Elohim. Our prayer is that DerekhTzar would be more than just a collection of services — that it would be a beacon for all who desire to follow Yeshua fully, and a place where the call to the Narrow Way is proclaimed clearly, boldly, and without compromise.
